Delivery Policy
After placing your order, if you find it necessary to make any changes to your order, please visit our Contact Us page and fill out the appropriate form for the change you need to make. Because every order is immediately processed when it is placed it is very important that you please submit any changes as soon after placing your order as possible. In the unlikely event your change cannot be applied to your order due to the extremely high order volume we will notify you via email, so please be sure to include your email address when you submit your request.
A handling and delivery fee of 18.95 will be added to each order, for each address.
U.S. orders must be received before 3:30 p.m. in the recipients time zone Monday thru Friday to assure same-day delivery. Orders must be placed before 1:00 pm PST on Saturdays to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after these cut off times will be delivered the following day only after we have made every effort to provide same day service for you.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. If you have a specific delivery time you'd like to request, simply type it into the "special instructions" box during checkout.
We do provide Sunday delivery if you place your order before 10:00 PST on Saturday. On orders placed for Sunday delivery after this cut off time we will make every effort to still have your delivery made on Sunday, but if Sunday delivery is not possible then your order will be delivered the following business day.
Time of delivery to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
Prices shown below product images do not include our shipping and service fees, but may include a handling fee on florist delivered items.
Most products have 3 different price points; many products are available in As Shown, Deluxe, and Premium sizes that you can upgrade to.
Some items increase in price around major holidays. If the price increases for the holiday you will notice the change several weeks before the holiday, if an order is placed for a product before the price increase occurs on our website for delivery on the holiday we will do our best to honor that price for you but under certain circumstances it may be necessary to contact you for either more funds or changes on the order. If the price does not go up then the item does not increase in price for the holidays.
We have a $23.95 minimum for orders placed during non-holiday times. We also have some items on our website that are "Sale" items, denoted by a starburst on the item that say’s "Save $$$", the prices shown for these items are shown at the discounted price.
Due to the increased costs needed to secure and transfer orders, there is an additional relay fee that has been added into the net cost of the products on our website and will be deducted from the product amount to offset these additional costs. This fee will in no way affect the quality, size or quantity of the item you purchase. We apologize for the need to deduct this fee but your order will still be delivered as pictured on our website and handled with professional care.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

How do I place an order?
- After selecting the perfect arrangement, click "Add to Cart." Your gift bouquet will be stored in your personal shopping cart, allowing you to browse for more bouquets before sending your flowers.
- Once you've completed shopping, simply click "Continue to Checkout." You will be asked to enter your e-mail address at the login screen.
- After you log in, we will ask you for the recipient's delivery information. Using this, we will make sure an experienced florist in the recipient's neighborhood arranges your bouquet.
- We will securely request your credit card information. (View our Security and Privacy policies to see why this is safe.)
- We will ask you to review your order. If you are pleased with the bouquet you've selected, click the "Submit Order" button. Your order will be received and a neighborhood florist will begin work on your arrangement.
- We will send a confirmation message to the e-mail address you were asked to give while logging in. Please save this e-mail for future reference.
What if I lost or didn't print my order confirmation?
We will always send an e-mail message confirming your order. For your convenience, you can also view information on your flower order by visiting the My Account section of our website.

What happens if the flowers and/or gift container I ordered are unavailable?
Floral substitutions, while rare, are sometimes necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. Your experienced florist will always maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement using fresh flowers of equal value, should a substitution be required. Please see our Substitution Policy for more information.
When must I buy my gift bouquet to receive same day delivery?
For same day delivery, orders must be received before 2:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday and before 12 Noon on Saturday in the time zone where you are sending the flowers (Excluding Holidays). While We always strives for same day service, orders received after these cut off times may be delivered on the following day only after we have made every effort to provide same day service for you. Please read our Delivery Policies for additional information.

What happens if the recipient isn't there to accept the order?
Because a neighborhood florist personally delivers all orders, it's never a problem that the recipient may have stepped away during the attempted delivery. If you have any specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, be sure to enter them into the "Special Delivery Instructions" field during check out. Otherwise, the delivering florist may choose to:
- Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time of your gift.
- Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.
- Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance).
- Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor, and place a message on the recipient's door referring them to the neighbor who is holding their gift.

Can I send flowers to a hospital?We are very experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. Please make sure to include the name of the recipient, hospital name and indicate if the recipient is a patient or an employee and we will take care of the rest.
We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to deliver into individual rooms. Please note -- many ICU & CCU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. If delivery is not allowed to these units then we will check daily with the hospital and deliver as soon as the patient is moved to a room that allows deliveries.

Can I send flowers to a Funeral Home or church?
We are also very experienced at making deliveries to funeral homes and churches. Please make sure to include the name of the deceased and the name of the funeral home or church and we will take care of the rest.
If you know the service or viewing times you can add this information to the "Special Delivery Instructions" field during check out but this information is not necessary to make your delivery. We always contact the funeral home or church and verify with them exactly when and where to deliver the flowers.
